Saigon Beer Transportation Joint Stock Company (HOSE: SBC) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the second dividend payment of 2010 as follows:

- The Board of Directors unanimously approved to make the second dividend payment of 2010:

+ Record date: February 17, 2011.
