• Ex-right date: January 25, 2011

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on January 25& 26, 2011 sellers will not receive the rights.)

• Record date: January 27, 2011

• Dividend pay-out ratio:  30%/ par value (VND3,000/ share)

• Purpose: To make the second dividend payment for 2010.
