Vinam Joint Stock Company (HNX: CVN) anounces the record date for dividend payment as follows:

- Reasons:
Dividend payment 2009 (8%) and 2010 (17%) by shares:
+ Exercise rate: 4:1(Shareholders receive 01 new share for every 04 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit)
+ Volume of share issue: 250,000 shares
+ Restricted transaction: Shareholders could not transfer their rights

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: At Vinam Joint Stock Company on working days (From Monday to Friday) – 19 Lot 1C – Trung Yen new urban area, Trung Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi city. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
