- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2010 by cash; Second Dividend payment 2009 by shares and Seasoned issue to outstanding shareholders
1. First Dividend payment 2010 by cash:
+ Exercise rate: 15% (Shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 24/01/2011

2. Second Dividend payment 2009 by shares:
+ Exercise rate: 17% (Shareholders receive 17 shares for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit).
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: Quang Nam Mineral Industry Corporation’s office. Address: Ha Lam Industrial park - Cho Duoc, Thang Binh Dist., Quang Nam Province on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
+ Type of stock: No transfer restriction.
3. Seasoned issue to outstanding shareholders:
+ Number of shares to be issued: 2,498,527 shares
+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right (Shareholders receive 01 rights for every 01 share they own)
+ Offering price: VND 15,000/ share
+ The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit. The odd shares and shares unsold will be determined by the Board of Directors in terms of price and subject of the offering.
+ Time for transfer of share purchase rights: From 19/01/2011 to 04/03/2011.
+ Time of registration for purchase and settlement: From 19/01/2011 to 08/03/2011
+ The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation, The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party.
