PGC: Resolution on a the first dividend payment of 2010
Petrolimex Gas Joint Stock Company (HOSE: PGC) announced a resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
Article 1: The first dividend payment of 2010 with exercise ratio 5 % (VND500/share)
Article 2: Payment date: at the same time with the record date to issue new shares and the second dividend payment in stock of 2009
Article 3: The Board of Directors authorized the Director General to implement necessary procedures.
Article 4: This resolution takes effect from December 28, 2010.
