SGC: Results of extraordinary general meeting of shareholders 2011

Sa Giang Import Export Corporation (HNX: SGC) has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 18/01/2011. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Dividend payment by share 2010, excercise rate: 20%

- Approval rate: 83.6%

2. Reduce company’s profit before tax 2010 from VND20 bil. to VND15bil.

- Approval rate: 83.6%.
