- New charter capital: VND 90,478,550,000

- Total share volume: 9,047,855 shares

- Par value: VND10,000/share

- Equity capital of founder Chyih Investment Co., Ltd.

+ Old equity capital: VND134,573,250,000 (87% charter capital)

+ New equity capital: VND 70,573,250,000 (78% charter capital)
