PIV: Board Resolution

PIV Petro Investment and Valuation JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 11/11//2010 as follows:

1. Approving the issue plan to increase charter capital from VND12 billion to VND30 billion.

2. Amendment of the Company’s charter in terms of charter capital after the issue.

3. Approving the additional listing of 1,800,000 shares after the issue is completed.

4. Assigning the BOD to carry out procedures relating to the issue and additional listing.
