* Ex-right date: November 16, 2010

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on November 16 & 17, 2010, sellers will not receive rights.)

* Record date: November 18, 2010

* Purpose: To ballot shareholders on a private issuance of 7.5 million shares to increase charter capital from VND299,999,970,000 to VND374,999,999,970,000.
