VNSC: Changing 10% charter capital and Director of Hanoi Branch

Vina Securities Joint Stock Company (VNSC) has announced a transaction making charter capital change and a change of Director at Hanoi Branch as follows:

Contributed capital was changed over 10% in a share issue to increase charter capital from 100 billion dongs to 185 billion dongs:

- Transferee: Ms. Ho Thi My Diem

- Transfer volume: 4,335,000 shares

- Total shares after the transference: 4,935,000 shares (26.68% of the charter capital after the increase)

Changing Director of Hanoi Branch:

- Discharging Mr. Vu Dinh Tam from the Director of Hanoi Branch as from September 28, 2010.

- Appointing Ms. Lam Thi To Nga – The CEO to the Director of Hanoi Branch as from September 28, 2010.
