VCB: Information on the 2010 extraordinary shareholders’ meeting

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (HoSE: VCB) has announced Information on the 2010 extraordinary shareholders’ meeting as follows:

On 19 April 2010, the shareholders’ meeting approved the plan of increasing 33% of charter capital. VCB submitted documents of the plan to the State Bank. However, Vietcombank have to organize an extraordinary shareholders’ meeting to approve solutions for the plan.

Vietcombank is implementing processes for the meeting.
