DHC: Resolution of the Board of Directors on 14 Sep 2010

On 14 September 2010, the Board of Directors of Dong Hai Joint Stock Company of Bentre (HoSE: DHC) held a meeting and adopted the following articles:

Article 1: According to the result of share offering to increase charter capital, the number of unsold shares is 733,690 shares (Equivalent to VND7,336,900,000). The Board of Directors unanimous approved the plan:

* Offering shares to the Company’s employees and members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors.

* Offer price: VND10,500/share

* Deadline for registration and payment: 21 September 2010.

Article 2: This resolution takes effect from 14 September 2010.
