SAP: Results of Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders 2010

Textbook Printing JSC In Hochiminh City has disclosed the results of its Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Change in Charter Capital plan:

- Stock type: Commont stock

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Total volume of shares to be offered: 1,544,380 shares

- Total value of shares to be offered: VND 15,443,800,000

- Price: VND 10,000 shares

- For outstanding shareholders:

+  Exercise rate: 1 : 1.2 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 1.2 new share for every 01 share they own). Number of share purchase rights will be rounded down to unit digit

- For staff: the BOD will decide it.

2. Resource of seasoned issue will be used to invest in machines

3. Deposited and listed additional shares on HNX.
