1. Take a ballot on plan to increase charter capital

- Stock type: Common stock

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Total volume of shares to be offered: 9,500,000 shares

- Total value of shares to be offered: VND 95,000,000,000

- For:

+ Shareholders: 5,500,000 shares

+ For strategic investors and staff: 4,000,000 shares

- Price:

+ For shareholders: VND 10,000/ share

+ For strategic investors and staff: 50% of averages of trading price on 5 days before issue date.

- Exercise rate:

+ Shareholders: 1:1 (Shareholder can buy 1 new share for every 1 share they own)

+ Offer direct to strategic investors and staff

- Expected: QIII-QIV 2010.
