Gia Lai Culture - Tourism JSC(HNX: CTC) announces the Board Resolution approved on 20/09/2010 as follows:

1. The price of stock private placement for strategic partners by plan of increase charter capital from VND 48,712,000,000 to VND 80,000,000,000:

Price: not under than 75% of average price of exceptional day. Due to the Company’s financial statement of the first 6 months of 2010, the book price was VND 12,800/share and the average price of exceptional day was VND 16,200/share. The Board of Director has decided the price to be VND 12,800/share.

2. Strategic partners:
