VICS: Increase in charter capital and Board Changes

Vietnam Industrial and Commercial Securities Company announces the changes in Charter Capital and BOD as follows:

1. Changes in BOD:

Mr. Vu Xuan Hoa resigned from member of BOD and Mr. Le Ngoc Quang has been appointed Vice Chairman of BOD with effect since 29 Oct. 2010

2. Change in Charter capital:

- The charter capital before approval: VND 150 bil.

- The Company’s new charter capital: VND 341.333 bil.
