The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Decision No. 8760/NHNN-TTGSNH on November 11 to permit the Asia Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (ACB) to increase its charter capital for 2010.

Accordingly, ACB is allowed to increase its charter capital to VND 9,376,965,060,000 from VND 7,814,137,550,000.
