- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 13/10/2010

- Ex-date: 11/10/2010

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2009 by share

+ Exercise rate: 25 : 4 (Shareholders receive 04 new shares for every 25 shares they own). The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit. The odd shares will be cancelled.

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: Mineral an Mechanical JSC on working days (From Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required.
