- For undeposited shares: At Head office of the Compny - 3 Ha Noi Street, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City on working days (From Monday to Saturday) since 11/11/2010. Securities certificate and Identification Card (Original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
2. Issue of bonus shares

+ Exercise rate: 30:19 (Shareholders receive 19 bonus sharea for every 30 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit)

+ Time for transfer of share purchase rights: From 26/10/2010 to 15/11/2010.
+ Time of registration for purchase: From 26/10/2010 to 22/11/2010.
+ The owner of share purchase rights can transfer his rights once to another person through negotiation. The rights transferred can not be transferred to the third party.
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: At Head office of the Compny - 3 Ha Noi Street, Hong Bang District, Hai Phong city on working days (From Monday to Saturday).
