- Reasons: First Dividend payment 2009 and exerting the share purchase right for outstanding shareholder

* Exerting the share purchase right for outstanding shareholder

+ Exercise rate: 1 : 1 (Shareholders are entitled to buy 01 new share for every 01 rights they own. The number of shares shareholder can buy is rounded down to unit digit).
