VNS: Resolution of the Board of Directors

Vietnam Sun Corporation (HoSE: VNS) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors:

Article 1: Approving the first dividend payment of 2010 in cash:

a. Exercise ratio: 10% on par value (VND1,000/share).

* Ex-right date: October 08, 2010

* Record date: October 12, 2010

* Payment date: October 22, 2010.

b. Place of payment:

* Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: At the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

* Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: At Vietnam Sun Corporation.

Article 2: Members of the Board of Directors, the Directorate, managers of relating divisions are responsibility for implementing this resolution.

This resolution is effective from September 23, 2010.
