HBS: Board Resolution
Hoa Binh Securities JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 16/9/2010 as follows:
1. Dividend payment by share:
- Rate: 10% (10:1) shareholders will receive 1 new share for every 10 shares they own.
2. Increase in charter capital:
- The plan approved by the AGM 2010 will be reapproved in the next AGM and the Board of Directors will select an appropriate time to carry out in order to get the best effectiveness.
