VST: Take-over of the VTC Glory ship

Viet Nam Sea Transport and Chartering Joint Stock Company has informed of taking over the VTC Glory ship as follows:

* On 26th July 2010, the company successfully took over the VTC Glory ship with capacity of 23,620 DWT at Thailand port. After 2 days of doing procedures, VTC Glory ship will be put into operation with the first consignment as transporting 22,000 tons of rice from Vietnam to Western Africa. Earnings from the shipment is expected to USD1,320,000.

* Therefore, purchasing the VTC Glory ship increases total number of ships of the company to 17 with total capacity of 341,780 DWT.
