CMG: Explanation for business result in Q2/2010

CMC Corporation has explained business result in Q2/2010 as follows:

* After-tax profit in Q2/2010 was more than VND95 billion, increasing VND91.3 billion compared to the same period 2009.

* From the beginning of 2010 to 30th June 2010, the 2009 profit of subsidiaries transferred to the CMC was VND94,892,636,394 recorded in the part of financial income. In 2009, till 30th June 2009, the 2008 profit of subsidiaries had not transferred to CMC, thus the company had not recorded this financial income. This made business result in Q2/2010 higher than in Q2/2009.
