* Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint-Stock Company will buy back 2,000,000 PPC for treasury stock:

* Buying price: At market price.

* Time for share buyback: 90 days from August 06, 2010.

* Total buying volume: Not over VND64,180,485,463.

* Pha Lai Thermal Power Joint-Stock Company will raise the capital joined in Hai Phong Thermo Power Joint Stock Company by 4% to reach 20% of charter capital of Hai Phong Thermo Power.
