KSS: Delay of issuing convertible corporate bonds

Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Company (Na ri Hamico JSC) has informed of delay of issuing convertible corporate bonds under private placement as follows:

Na ri Hamico JSC has decided to delay issuance of convertible corporate bonds under private placement till the appropriate time in order to match with progress of implementing projects of the company. Plan of issuing convertible corporate bonds has been approved in the resolution of the BOD No.06/2010/NQ-HDQT dated 23rd July 2010.
