ANV: Plan of spending cut

Nam Viet Corporation has informed of implementing the plan of spending cut to match with capacity as follows:

1. Suspending operation of the Nam Viet production plant to do production in the Indian Ocean plant; merging two plants is to ensure matching of capacity of the Indian Ocean plant with actual capacity of the company. Implementation time is from 1st August 2010.

2. Wages of employees in official sector is at the high level in the company. Therefore, it needs to be adjusted to match with the actual capacity and the average wage of other employees. Implementation time is from the payment term in July 2010.

3. Checking other expenses such as electricity, communication, packing… to cut maximum spending.
