Mirae Joint Stock Company (MIRAE JSC) has announced the BOD’s resolution of selling treasury stock as follows:

Article 1: Approving a sale of treasury stock to strategy shareholders:

* Volume of treasury shares registered to sell: 1,365,000 shares

* Offer price: Is not lower than the market price at the trading time 03 tickers.

* Trading time: In April 2010

* Trading method: Put through

Article 2: Assigning the CEO to implement the sales.

Article 3: The related personnel have to implement the resolution.
