Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint-stock Company (LONG GIANG LAND) has announced information on the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting as follows:

* Meeting time: 08:00am April 17, 2010

* Venue: Fl.3 Fortuna Hotel – 6B Lang Ha St., Ba Dinh Dist., HCMC.

* Objects: the shareholders in the list recorded on March 19, 2010 and shareholders in the list recorded on April 07, 2010 for increasing capital from 80 billion dongs to 140 billion dongs.

* Contents:

+  The 2009 business results and the 2010 business plan.

+ Reports of the BOD and the Supervisory Board.

+ The 2009 audited financial statements.

+ Plans of profit distribution and dividend payment in 2009.

+ Plan of increasing charter capital to 200 billion dongs in 2010.

+ The dividend payment in 2010.

+ Compensations for the BOD and the Supervisory Board in 2010.

+ Choosing the 2010 audit firm.

+ Approving the Chairman of the BOD holding the CEO.

The relative documents will be posted on www.longgiangland.com.vn.

Shareholders can authorize other to attend the meeting.
