VFM: License for founding VFA

VietFund Management (VFM) has announced a decision of the State Securities Committee (SSC) for founding VFA as follows:

Article 1: Issuing a license of founding a popular fund for: Vietnam Active Fund (VFA)

* Fund management company: VietFund Management (VFM)

* The custodian bank: Far East National Bank – HCMC. Branch

* The License No.05/UBCK-GCN issued by the Chairman of SSC on December 28, 2009.

* Term: 05 years

Article 2: VFA is founded with details:

* Charter capital: 240,437,600,000 dongs

* Par value: 10,000 dongs

* Volume of fund certificates: 24,043,760 fund certificates

* Fund type: closed-end fund

Article 3: VFM, Far East National Bank – HCMC. Branch and related partners have to operate under the Law.

Article 4: The license is valid as from April 02, 2010.
