SD5: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2010
Song Da No.5 JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 9/4/2010. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2009
- Revenue: VND 1,180 bil
- Profit before tax: VND 68,3 bil
- Average income: VND 4.64 mil
2. Profit distribution plan
+ Dividend payment (20%): VND 18 bil
+ Financial reserve fund (10% of profit after tax): VND 6,165,198,641
+ Reward and welfare fund (13% of profit after tax): VND 8,014,758,234
+ Development Investment Fund: VND 26,389,430,216
+ Reserves for charter supplement (5% of profit after tax): VND 3,082,599,321
3. Plan for 2010
+ Revenue: VND 1,086 bil
+ Profit before tax: VND 71,1 bil
+ Dividend payment: 20%
4. Investment plan: VND 142,2 bil
- Capacity building: VND 52.2 bil
- Capital contribution in subsidiaries: VND 90 bil

2. Payment for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009 and plan for 2010.
3. Auditing company in 2010
The General Meeting of Shareholders assigned the Board of Directors to choose the auditing company approved by the SSC
9. Amendment of Charter and Change in the Supervisory Board and BOD:
Mr. Pham Xuan Tieng and Mr. Tran Van Huyen have been appointed Director in place of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Chuan and Mr. Vu Trung Truc.
Mr. Le Van Sinh has been appointed member of Supervisory Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Manh Tien.
10. Report on the second seasoned issue to increase charter capital from VND 60.94 bil to VND 90 bil.
