KSS: Explanation for 5 consecutive ceiling-hitting sessions

Nari Hamico Minerals Joint Stock Company (NA RI HAMICO JSC) explained the stock ceiling hitting for 5 consecutive sessions from March 24, 2010 to March 30, 2010 as follows:

* NA RI HAMICO JSC announced the information on www.narihamico.vn:

+ People’s Committee of Cao Bang Province approved in principle for projects of processing Bauxit ores with total expected investment value at 1,490 billion dongs and revenue expected about 500 billion dongs/year. At present, NA RI HAMICO JSC has finished procedures.

+ In the meeting in March 2010, the company estimated profit before tax in quarter 1/2010 at 25 billion dongs (The profit after tax in the 2010 plan at 57 billion dongs)

* In 2009, incomes from iron ores held a great ratio in total revenue. Currently, the price of iron has increased. Therefore, investors can expect the 2010 profit of NA RI HAMICO JSC.

* The transactions of LAF stock has been on the HOSE and out of the company’s control. Therefore, the stock ceiling hitting for 5 consecutive sessions based on the change of market.
