BT6: The BOD’s resolution of personnel changes

620 - Chau Thoi Concrete Corporation (620CCC) has announced the BOD’s resolution of personnel changes as follows:

Article 1:

1. Personnel in the BOD:

* Approving a resignation of Mr. Kieu Huu Dung from a Member of the BOD.

* Appointing Mr. Nguyen Nam Thanh as a Member of the BOD to replace Mr. Kieu Huu Dung

2. Personnel in the Supervisory Board:

* Approving a resignation of Mr. Pham Ngoc Bich from a Member of the Supervisory Board.

* Approving the TCTC6’s suggestion for discharge of Mr. Diep Vinh Binh from a Member of the Supervisory Board.

* Approving discharge of Mr. Lam Chi Trung from a Member of the Supervisory Board.

* Appointing members into the Supervisory Board in 2009-2012:

+ Mr. Dao Minh Triet

+ Mr. Nguyen Van Dua

+ Mr. Tran Thanh Dung

Article 2: The resolution is valid as from April 07, 2010.
