Real estate firm wins contract

Real estate firm CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) Vietnam Tuesday snagged an exclusive marketing agreement for Savico Plaza Hanoi Trade Center.

The US$25 million complex will open its doors in 2011 and will feature retail, restaurants, offices, entertainment centers and cinemas, Vietnam News Agency reported.

Work on the project started in June this year on an area of 4.6 hectares in the city’s Long Bien District.
