Sacombank allowed to increase charter capital

The Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) issued Document No. 5936/NHNN-CNH on August 3 to permit the Sai Gon Thuong Tin Joint-Stock Commercial Bank (Sacombank) to increase its charter capital to VND 6,700,580,080,000 from VND 5,115,830,840,000 at the request of the SBV Branch in Ho Chi Minh City.

The Governor asked the SBV Branch in Ho Chi Minh City to appraise the documents submitted by Sacombank and approve its charter capital increase in compliance with the applicable regulations.
