OPC: Explanation for business result in Quarter II/2009

OPC Pharmaceutical Joint-Stock Company (OPC) explained the difference in business result between Quarter II/2009 and Quarter I/2009:

Unit: VND

 Profit after tax in Quarter II/2009 rose by 23% (or VND2,251,314,144) compared to Quarter I/2009 because revenue in Quarter II/2009 increased by 58% compared to Quarter I/2009.

Reason: thanks to the following good results: 

- Revenue from export rubber: VND22,768,830,229

- Increase in product sales: +VND8,551,384,302.
