L10: Explanation for business result in Quarter II/2009

LILAMA 10 Joint Stock Company (L10) explained the business result in Quarter II/2009:

- Profit after tax in Quarter I/2009: VND5,009,856,612

- Profit after tax in Quarter II/2009: VND6,211,395,412

Profit after tax in Quarter II/2009 increased by VND1,201,538,800, or 23.98%, compared with Quarter I/2009.

Reasons:

In Quarter II/2009, LILAMA 10 tried to speed up works, checked and took over the finished works, timely recorded revenue of projects such as Son La Hydroelectricity, Sesan4 Hydroelectricity, Pleikrong Hydroelectricity, Spepok3 Hydroelectricity, Huong Dien Hydroelectricity, Cua Dat Hydroelectricity, Bim Son Cement Factory, But Son Cement, etc.

The company has rearranged staff, increased labor productivity, actively recovered capital and signed new contracts with local and overseas partners. The company will export high-skill workers for construction projects in Middle Eastern countries.
