* Stock type: Common stock

* Par value: VND10,000

* Ex-right date: August 12, 2009 (In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on August 12&13, 2009; sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date: August 14, 2009

* Purpose: doing a ballot

* Expectation time of ballot: From August 29, 2009 to September 29, 2009.

* Address of receiving shareholders’ responses: Basa Joint Stock Corporation, No. 861, Thoi Thuan Ward, Thot Not Dist., Can Tho City.

* Items of the ballot:

- Issuing additionally 20% shares for the existing shareholders.

- Listing the additionally issuing shares in HOSE.
