Ace Life opens HCMC quality control center
US life insurer ACE Life opened a Quality Control Center (QCC) in Ho Chi Minh City Wednesday to help customers better understand the companies’ policies.
Agents at the center will help customers finish all the procedures associated with submitting a policy issuance application to the insurer for approval.
“What our customers really want is to get assurance,” said Lam Hai Tuan, Chief Executive Officer of ACE Life.
