Fortune Securities Corporation: Change in ownership of ten or more percent of charter capital

As approved by the SSC, Fortune Securities Corporation announces the change in ownership of ten or more percent of charter capital as follows:

In the private placament of the Company to increase charter capital from VND 100 billion to VND 135 billion, Quang Huy Investment Advisory Company Ltd. bought 1,785,000 shares which equals VND 17,850,000,000 accounting for 13.2% of charter capital.
