ST8: Capital contribution to Cuong Thanh Motors

Sieu Thanh Joint-Stock Corporation (ST8: SJC) has informed of contributing capital and appointing a representative at Cuong Thanh Motors (*) as follows:

* The BOD of SJC has approved of contributing capital to the Cuong Thanh Motors which is located at B19 Kim Son, Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Tan Phong Ward, HCMC.

- Total investment cost: VND13,396,000,000 (52% of chartered capital)

- Chartered capital of the Cuong Thanh Motors: VND26,800,000,000

* The BOD has decided to appoint Mr. Yung Cam Meng (Hong Kong) to be the representative in the BOD of the Cuong Thanh Motors for the term of 20 years.
