HMC: Examination of the financial statement

Hochiminh City Metal Corporation (HMC) has given explanation for not examining the Q1/09 financial statement as follows:

* Choosing the Southern Auditing and Accounting Financial Consulting Services (AASCS) for 2009 has just been passed in the annual shareholders’ meeting dated 28/03/2009. Thus, the AASCS has not had enough time to do examination of the financial statement.

* At the end of Q2/2009, HMC has committed to do examination of the financial statement as stipulated.
