DPC: Examination of the financial statement

Da Nang Plastic Joint Stock Company (DPC: DANAPLAST) has given explanation for not examining the Q1/09 financial statement as follows:

* Choosing the Auditing and Informatics Service Company (AISC) for 2009 has just been passed in the annual shareholders’ meeting dated 07 April 2009. Thus, the AISC has not had enough time to do examination of the Q1/09 financial statement.

*  DaNangPlasthas committed to do examination of the financial statement for 6 months of 2009 as stipulated.
