BTS: Notice of record date for Dividend payment

BTS announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: ButSon Cement JSC

- Stock code: BTS

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 29/5/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 27/5/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 27 and 28/05/2009)

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2008 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 8.5% (Shareholders receive VND 850 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 10/07/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.

- For undeposited shares: ButSon Cement JSC on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of BTS on 28/5; 29/5 and 01/6/2009.
