TKU: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2008

Tung Kuang Industrial JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 02/03/2009. Participants were 198 representing 10 shares (accounting for 1% of total voting rights). The following resolutions were approved:

- The General Meeting of Shareholders assigned the Board of Directors to choose the auditing company approved by the SSC
