DRC: Delay of examining the financial statement

DaNang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC) has given explanation for delay of examining the Q1/09 financial statement as follows:

The company completed the Q1/2009 financial statement on 20/04/2009. However, it has not been examined by the auditing company due to the following reasons:

* Doing the Q4/2008 financial statement (20/01/2009)

* Doing the 2008 financial statement (18/02/2009)

* Examining the 2008 financial statement done by the Auditing and Accounting Company (AAC) (from 19/02/2009 to 28/02/2009)

* Holding the 2009 annual shareholders’ meeting (23/03/2009)

* Doing the Q1/09 financial statement (20/04/2009)

DaNang Rubber Joint Stock Company has committed to do examination of the financial statement for the first 6 months of 2009 as stipulated.
