KDC: Violation of inside trading

Mr. Tran Quoc Nguyen and Mr. Tran Vinh Nguyen who relate to Mr. Tran Kim Thanh – Chairman of the BOD of the Kinh Do Corporation (KDC) did trading without announcement as follows:

* Mr. Tran Quoc Nguyen bought 52,360 shares and sold 170,000 shares from 26/02/2009 to 27/04/2009.

* Mr. Tran Vinh Nguyen bought 17,500 shares and sold 10,040 shares from 23/02/2009 to 17/04/2009.

On 27/04/2009, HOSE sent official documents to Mr. Tran Quoc Nguyen and Mr. Tran Vinh Nguyen in order to require them to give explanation on this matters.
