As approved by the SSC, Dai Tay Duong Securities Joint Stock Company announces the change in ownership of ten or more percent of charter capital, in which:

- Transferer:

+ Ms. Nguyen Minh Thu: 1,350,000 shares, equaling VND 13,500,000,000 by par value (10% charter capital)

+ Ms. Pham Thi Minh Hai: 675,000 shares, equaling VND 6,750,000,000 by par value (5% charter capital)

+ Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao: 1,350,000 shares, equaling VND 13,500,000,000 by par value (10% charter capital)

- Transferee:

+ Mr. Nguyen Minh Tuan: 3,375,000 shares, equaling VND 33,750,000,000 by par value (25% charter capital). After trading, Mr. Tuan holds 6,750,000 shares, equaling VND 67,500,000,000 by par value (50% charter capital).
