SD7 announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Stock code: SD7

- Par value: VND 10,000 

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 25/5/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 21/5/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 21/5/2009)

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2008 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 16% (Shareholders receive VND 1,600 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 15/06/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

- For undeposited shares: Song Da 7 JSC, It Ong, Muong La, Son La Province on working days since 15/6/2009. Identification Card (original copy) are required.
