- Stock code: SD3

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 26/5/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 22/5/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 22/5/2009)

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2008 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 13% (Shareholders receive VND 1,300 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 16/06/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

- For undeposited shares: Song Da 3 JSC, 105 Pham Van Dong, Thong Nhat Ward, Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province on working days since 16/6/2009. Identification Card (original copy) are required.
